What I do
There is absolutely nothing that brings me more joy than finding inspiration and living as inspiration for others. My classes are a place where you can let your vibrant heart shine and awaken your zest for life! One thing I really prioritize is showing up just as you are and I will meet you exactly there! My classes are a place where you can come back home to yourself and do it with an outstanding amount of love. We are all on this journey called life. Why not inspire each other and live in the highest vibration of universal love?
What is Yoga?
Originally, the word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word "yuj," which means to yoke or unite. Yoga is the practice of connecting the mind, body and spirit. A holistic implementation including physical postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation. Yoga originates from Northern India and is believed to be over 5,000 years old.

she's found in your breath
the space between the music notes
the steam from your warm cup of chai blanketing your face
cotton candy sunsets in early December
the heart sings her songs all day long
we mustn't ignore the peace that is found in love
the forgiveness that is tucked away in her core
we must rise like the mighty lotus flower
for in strength, there is purpose
and in purpose there is peace
and in peace there is love

I am a BIG advocate of journaling and making art!
I strongly believe that learning to utilize the creativity within to help us understand our emotions is one of the greatest things a human could ever do! Studies have shown that artistic activities promote cognitive growth, enhanced problem solving skills and critical thinking. I end every class with either a journaling prompt, poetry, or a mini craft/art project. Yoga has been proven to boost creativity so there really is no better time than right after our vibrant flow!
